I don’t do a lot of reviews but 3P is worth writing one. We live in a wooded area and the hardscape gets pretty nasty. The stone and wood get covered with pollen and crud and it’s a big job. I’ve used 3P a few times already for power cleaning and they always are exceptional in many ways. Very professional throughout the entire process, from the estimate and planning, prepping , completion of the project and finally clean up. Seriously 5 stars, I can’t recommend highly enough! Brian is amazing to work with and the work he does is top notch!

I work on a lot of homes getting them ready to sell and I couldn't have been more pleased with the job the 3P did power washing my clients home! The pictures came out amazing and the house sold the first weekend on the market. A selling point was the landscaping and the clean look of the house and back patio. We've had many companies do our pressure washing but this one is the best. We have a fairly large property but the estimate was fair. We dealt with Brian and he was great. Super nice guy. Got the job done efficiently and best part is they clean up really well and don't leave any mess. Better than 5 stars!
